Respected Acharya ji,
How do I attain more equanimity, freedom from this cycle of anxiety, fear and sadness, be be more intuitive. I also find that due to Tattva Shakti Vigyaan practices my rising energy levels have risen which gets me involved in more mundane activities and impacting my Sadhana time. Probably the solution is also within me. I have to prioritize and continue with Sadhana. Looking forward to Ma’s Swar Vigyan session next week.
Just to add I am not looking for any miracles or ‘experiences’ as such but looking more stability and equanimity in my responses and reactions to situations and relationships.
Although the ground rule in spiritual endeavours is to engage in practices without expectation but its okay to fix some sort term goals with your Sadhana. I also, in particular appreciate the fact that you are not running after those ‘trance’ experiences and glimpses (though they are also very much possible within the framework of Tantric practices).
Coming to your particular issues following need to be checked and contemplative/ corrective measures should be taken almost immediately –
Have I accepted ‘my’ TRUTH?
Teachers argue about it and infer that ‘Truth’ is one but my take is different. I say truth is relative. Your truth can always be different from other’s truth and it shall continue to be till both reach the same ultimate truth. You may be failing in your own eyes but succeeding in someone else’s and it is true other way round as well.
A preacher’s 8 year old boy inquired, “Daddy, I notice every Sunday morning when you first come out to preach, you sit up on the platform and bow your head. What are you doing?”
The father explained, “I’m asking the Lord almighty to give me a good sermon.”
The little boy said, “Then why doesn’t He?”
Accepting the truth definitely wants us to be more open, aware and looking around. I am sure you do so and that’s what probably sets positive tides in your thoughts.
Lao Tzu’s TRUTH – Those who die without being forgotten get longevity.
My TRUTH – I, as I see myself; You as I see you are definitely mortal but our presence will continue to exist even when I and You don’t.
Am I missing on opportunities of relishing and spreading joy? Am I laughing out loud minimum 25 times a day?
There are different ways of reminding people about How they should live each moment. Teachers, motivators, Scriptures, Books alike, they all will give you words and concepts but Mother Divine gives us real practical situations to learn. Each dream days or our life is full of Her love and affection only if we recognize that this framework of dream of 28000 odd days is universal and applies to us. We want to save others, without having even slightest of surety that we will be ‘here’ to do it.. What a laughable thing!
First tip is laugh on every opportunity.
Have you heard this?
Once a guy dies and is sent to hell. You should know that only Guys land in Hell never a girl. All the ladies are sent to Heaven anyways – The beautiful and voluptuous one’s are working in Indra-darbaar and not so lucky ones are in the heaven’s kitchen cooking the most delicious cuisines for devatas.
So this man dies and reaches hell. Satan meets him and shows him doors to three rooms. He tells the guy that everyone who comes here is given choices so he must choose one room to spend eternity in. The man is shown the first room. In the first room, people are standing in muck and dirt up to their necks. The man says, ‘No, let me see the next room before I make my choice.’ In the second room, people are standing in dirt up to their noses. Frightened man says no again. Finally Satan opens the last room. People there are standing with muck and dirt up to their knees, drinking coffee and eating pastries. The man is thrilled and immediately jumps to says, ‘I pick this room.’ Satan says Ok and starts to leave, and this man goes in. He picks a cup and starts pouring some coffee. On the way out Satan yells, ‘OK, coffee break’s over. Everyone back on your heads!’
TRUTH of Lao Tzu – As soon as you have made a thought, laugh at it.
My TRUTH – If wise people don’t laugh, it’s better to be otherwise.
Do you dream of Realizing the Truth SOME-day?
Life is a suffering. Masters say… In our dreams we jumped off Her lap to arrive here on earth to experience many more dreams. She keeps showing our real place by displaying Her grandeur in so very grand celestial bodies, natural disasters, infiniteness of space. Look at Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus and Saturn and you shall be filled with amazement and awe. It seems like magic.. soooo huge bodies floating in the infiniteness of space.. just think where from they come? Wait! another question is where have we come from? Deep down we are yearning and craving to go back to Her and no matter how much we stretch these dreams within dreams, these will end one day for sure and we shall be back to Mother..
Without remembrance of the source where each one of us belongs, our life will be collection of only:
Mourndays, Tearzdays, Waste-a-days, Thrashdays, Frightdays, Shatterdays and Shundays
Didn’t like it? No problem.
Lets count again –
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
But hold on! Take a tip.
Even these Seven days WITHOUT Her presence make one ‘WEAK’!
Lao Tzu’s Truth – Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them – that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.
My TRUTH – Diseases and Sufferings in our loved one’s life are the Mother’s way of making us dream the horrible things but it is also with a purpose of reminding us; that, we don’t miss an opportunity to celebrate our moments of normalcy. We can start our celebrations NOW, let the moments come in future and be surprised at it!
If you could see something of value and relevance in the answer it is only coincident for I don’t wish to give you a feeling of having all the answers to your all the questions. Give me liberty and expect me to present you what you expect the least exactly as life does to you. Hey! Sadhana is no different. (laughs)
No fears… Stay rooted in your Sadhana. No worries.. Learn more. No anxiety.. Do more. No sadness… Feel more. Stability.. What?… Live more..
Blessings from Masters
