Panch-Mahabhuta Shakti Kriya – It is taking me to Samadhi?

Ma Shakti & Acharya ji,

i am writing this mail to share one of my frequent experience and have some questions too. It has been more than 8 months doing the Panch Mahabhuta Shakti Kriya. i have experienced those kinds of changes in me which i could not expect to have come at the age of 45. Its powerful. It has been a wonderful wonderful journey so far and i couldn’t thank you more for bringing out this secret Tantra-Yoga practice in open for us. i did not believe panch mahabhut sakti kriya to be so so effective but after practice of only 3 weeks i knew it was the best of all. And i am saying so with my personal experience bec i took every single course in spirituality offered by every teacher around over last 15 years. i practiced each one of those for sufficient time and observed the impact. So, i know what other kriyas can do and how unique this tantric process PSK is. Thank you once again.

My question is precisely around my experiences. Initially when i used to sit for kriya i would find process getting completed within the stipulated period of precisely 20-25 minutes. i would feel extremely light and elevated after the Kriya. The clarity of mind and relaxed awareness continued the whole day. It was and still is the same but since last 12 days i am finding that when i sit in Kriya instead of 20-25 minutes it is taking more than 40-45 minutes. i stay aware of my being and probably sounds etc around me almost till the beginning of last phase of Panch Shakti Kriya but then it seems i lose the sense of time and i become unaware of things around me. The last leg of Kriya takes over my complete being. Although i am fully aware of the cosmic dance of light and sound within but no sense of outside world i guess. i am saying this because after coming out of that deep meditative state few times my daughter told me that she had knocked at the door a few times. But it is surprising to know i did not hear any sound. i bolt the door from inside when i sit in the room for Kriya.

Masters, i have no anxiety attached to this experience but wondering if Panch Mahabhuta Shakti Kriya is pushing me into some sort of samadhi? Can it lead to prolonged samadhi of few hours also? Please enlighten me and also can i put alarm of 25 minutes for it? i haven’t tried putting alarm as yet wondering whether it would be okay or not. Please guide me. One request i want to make, please tell me some method that regulates the timing not the experience bec that i don’t want to let go. Its pure bliss… thank you once again and forgive me to bother both of u with such a long mail.

Shivoham!

Dear Madhurima,

Needless to reemphasize that the Panch-Mahabhuta Shakti Kriya is powerful. Of course it is powerful process and it works with everyone almost from the very first time. I am not going to compare it or say things like it is ‘the most powerful’ kriya. It is for the practitioners to decide. Masters have given out so many processes that are not available for common people. Yes, you are right it was secret but not anymore. With the permission of Gurumandala few of the many secret processes have been gradually revealed over last few years and we as teachers and channels to this knowledge feel it must have to do with need of time and masses as for Masters always take right decision. It gives us immense joy to see these processes working through you.

TATTVA-SHAKTI KRIYA HAS CAPACITY TO TRANSPORT YOU TO THE TRANSCENDENTAL STATE

Your question is relevant and it is important for the practitioners to know what this simple looking Kriya can do. The Panch-Mahabhuta Shakti Kriya’s major work is in the domains of  Manomaya Kosha. Those who are familiar with Yoga, know that the long absorption of consciousness in an intention, process or object leads to pratyahara. In this state of pratyahara the mind stops processing the inputs from sense-organs therefore separates the practitioner from the external environment. What you are experiencing is a state of pratyahara and that’s why the knocks at the door etc. are not able to disturb your absorption.

Panch-Mahabhuta Shakti Kriya is such a beautiful process that creates instant balance in the Tattvic vibrations of the practitioner therefore reduces the payload of mental chatter. It is rare phenomenon to say and two things happen therefore. If your body and brain need rest you shall slip in the ‘induced power nap’ that is deep sleep. Even deep sleep is a state of ‘unaware samadhi’ and in this condition too the practitioner shall not be able to perceive/sense external stimuli.

Whatever be the case there is nothing for you to become wary of, rather it is that special sought after ‘state’ which most of meditators aren’t able to achieve. To be sure you don’t slip in ‘induced nap’ take good sleep and let your body feel rested.

MAKE PROPER INTENTION BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Madhurima, one thing you can be sure of with Panch-Mahabhuta Shakti Kriya that it shall NEVER draw more than you intend. If someone is wanting to just relax and become stress-free through the practice of Panch-Mahabhuta Shakti Kriya, it will deliver that much only. You may ask ‘How’?

Just recall the processes and you would know we begin by invoking the Gurumandala. The moment you invoke higher guiding energies of Guru, the moderation and regulation of your state of consciousness follows thereafter under the ambit of Tattvas and Gurus. And the Guiding energies follow your intentions thereafter. The moderation/regulation is self-adjusting throughout the process and is dependent on your capacity to ingest therefore making right intentions at the beginning is always desirable.

The intention is so very important that all ritualistic processes begin with ‘samkalpam‘ wherein the doer has to take some water in his hand and say the intention aloud. As a rule the samkalpam defines the goal or outcome that you wish to achieve through a particular process.  Therefore through this article I want to tell every Panch-Mahabhuta Shakti Kriya practitioner they need to make proper intention before entering in the process of chanting. This samkalpam can be said subvocally instead of saying it aloud. So if you do not wish to exceed a particular timeframe in your practice say so. For example you can make intention ‘I am doing this Panch-Mahabhuta Shakti Kriya for 30 minutes to achieve mental clarity and relaxation’. In this way your practice will automatically be terminated in 30 minutes. Also you shall also enjoy the intended fruits from PSK.

DISCIPLINE : ADHERING TO THE PRACTICE SCHEDULE

All spiritual practices irrespective of whether they are pertaining to Yogic System or Tantric system should be done following specified periodicity. It is very easy to understand why. If you follow a timetable in giving your body its food it becomes ready at that specified time to accept and digest the food. Same way when you are feeding your body and mind a spiritual diet its readiness to accept and assimilate becomes important. If you aren’t disciplined in keeping your practice schedule it may also lead to unexpected responses from mind and body.

Like every practitioner you should also follow the most ‘fertile period for the practice’ for Panch-Mahabhuta Shakti Kriya. It will help you gain more in less time.

Blessings,

– Ma Shakti
